Start With the Approved Sample
The approved sample is the main reference for material, color, structure, logo placement, sewing method, trim details, labels, and packaging. Inspectors compare bulk goods against this reference before the order leaves the factory.
Check Material and Appearance
Neoprene thickness, fabric surface, color direction, hand feel, printing clarity, and visible marks should be reviewed before packing. For products with several panels or color blocks, consistency between pieces is especially important.
- Confirm neoprene thickness and lamination surface.
- Review color, print position, and logo scale.
- Check visible marks, stains, glue traces, and surface damage.
Review Sewing and Product Function
Different neoprene categories need different function checks. Swim vests, wetsuits, diving toys, bags, pet accessories, and fitness supports each have their own stress points.
- Check seam security, edge binding, and stitching appearance.
- Test zipper, buckle, strap, hook-and-loop, and pull-tab function where used.
- Review high-stress areas that may stretch, pull, bend, or carry weight.
Confirm Packing Before Loading
Labels, hang tags, warning information, polybags, barcode placement, carton marks, and quantity per carton should match the buyer's requirement. This step reduces avoidable warehouse and retail receiving issues after the order arrives.
